The individual tailoring of speed, acceleration and reverse
current braking parameters allows drivers to set up trucks to
their own personal preferences, to suit different applications
and provide maximum usability and comfort.
Automatic release braking provides active, adjustable
braking when the butterfly or accelerator foot pedal is
released, improving operator protection, especially on
loading ramps, as does the quick disconnect button that
cuts power in an emergency.
Electromagnetic brakes and an anti-rollback feature provide
total truck control on the loading ramp.
The fast speed rider machines and MP20X pallet truck with
stand-on platform have automatic speed reduction when
cornering for enhanced operator confidence.
Pedestrian pallet trucks are available with 3 preset
performance levels, allowing the operator to select one of
the 3 preset levels depending on the task in hand, all at the
touch of a button. Creep speed allows operation with the
tiller head in the vertical position for minimum turning space.
MOSFET electronic pulse control on traction gives smooth
stepless speed control at all times allowing total operator
control even during delicate inching manoeuvres.
The diagnostic system identifies and logs any operational
problems, reducing repair downtime so productivity isn’t
unduly affected. The hourmeter and BDI (optional on the
MP16) allow routine maintenance checks and service
intervals to be scheduled, while the lift interrupt feature
protects the battery, thereby reducing running costs
Skid plates on the MP16, 18, 20, 20L, and 22 models
facilitate handling of bottom boarded pallets.

Whatever business you are in there’s a pedestrian or rider pallet truck in
the MP Series that is perfect for you. A strong welded steel construction
means they are capable of operating and withstanding harsh
environments, they can handle weights up to 3000kg, and they can deal
with the tightest spaces.
The MP range of powered pedestrian and seated/stand-on machines are available with load lifting capabilities of 1600kg,
1800kg, 2000kg, 2200kg, 2500kg and 3000kg. Ergonomically designed for maximum driver comfort and ease of use, these trucks
are effortless to handle, robust enough to meet the rigours of long, intense shifts yet still agile and manoeuvrable enough to
perform in the tightest spaces.
MP18/20 With their compact powerhead length, the MP18 and 20
models can accomplish a 360º turn inside a lorry while carrying a loaded
Europallet. And battery capacity is not sacrificed.
MP20T The MP20T is ideal for
loading and unloading trailers.

MP20S, MP30S The ergonomic design and durable construction
of the MP20S and MP30S enable both the truck and its operator to
complete a long, arduous shift with ease.
MP20XD A double pallet handler perfect for loading lorries in half the
time! And with the platform and side arms raised confined areas pose
no problem.
MP16 The most compact model in the range comes with an on board
battery charger as standard and provides an ideal entry level solution.
MP20L/22 Take advantage of the larger battery capacity on these
models for increased shift life @ 2000 kg (20L), or a lifting capacity of
2200 kg (22 model).
MP20X The versatile MP20X
can be operated as a pedestrian
pallet truck in restricted spaces.
Alternatively, over longer distances,
platform and side arms can be
engaged, allowing the operator to
stand on and travel at a faster
speed for reduced fatigue and
increased productivity.
MP25/30HD The heavy duty construction, large battery capacity,
and optional roll on/roll off battery change on the MP25/30 HD mean that
they are ideally suited for intensive applications.
Fully adjustable

Operator comfort
Electronic fly by wire steering
The MP20T, MP20S and MP30S all have adjustable electronic fly by wire
steering, requiring minimum steering effort and allowing rapid
manoeuvring. Speed, travel direction, and the automatic release brake,
are all controlled by low effort butterfly buttons on the MP20T, while the
MP20S and MP30S feature a rocker switch on the dash board to control
travel direction, and a floor mounted accelerator pedal to control speed
and braking.
Tiller head and controls
Pedestrian and stand on MP models with a tiller require minimum steering
effort. The travel direction inverter button is designed for maximum angle
of contact with the operator’s body and when activated automatically
reverses the direction of travel and the truck comes to a stop.
Easily accessible controls, ergonomic shaped comfort grip handles and
integral handguard enable operators to handle continuous lifts over long
shifts without any discomfort. Low effort butterfly buttons control speed
and direction of travel. Dual lift and lower buttons are conveniently
located on the tiller head for use by either hand. Situated on top of the
tiller arm and actuated by thumb the horn is perfectly placed for ease of
use. The creep speed control allows the truck to be manoeuvred with the
tiller arm in the vertical position, shaving further mm off the turning radius.
Pre-set performance parameters
The MP 16, 18, 20, 20L and 22 models feature 3 preset performance
levels allowing the operator to select one of the 3 preset levels
depending on the task in hand, all at the touch of a button. These trucks
also feature creep speed as standard, allowing operation with the tiller
head in the vertical position for minimum turning space.
Performance with efficiency
The MP range is fitted with a MOSFET controller to regulate traction and
allow smooth, progressive control, especially useful when performing
delicate inching manoeuvres. The Combi controller also manages the
hydraulic function, all electrical inputs, provides start-up sequencing, on
board diagnostics, simplified wiring, regenerative braking and eliminates
the pump contactor which is a potential wear item.
SEM motor
All the machines in the MP range have powerful separately excited drive
motors (SEM) allowing faster travel speeds in the laden/unladen
condition, providing high starting torque and acceleration, as well as
optimum energy efficiency and speed control on an incline. SEM
technology eliminates forward/reverse contactors.
Forks
The welded forks on the MP16, 18, 20, 20L and 22 models feature skid
plates, which eliminate the entry roller, reduce maintenance, and
facilitate the handling of bottom boarded pallets.

Keeping running costs down is a priority for every business. The MP Series has been designed to help you do just that. Built on a
strong welded steel chassis the line-up is capable of absorbing those punishing daily knocks from a long shift without effect. All
major componentry is easily accessible for servicing and maintenance and vital information can be instantly accessed by the
service technician via a portable handset and downloaded when required reducing downtime to an absolute minimum.
The motor is mounted vertically for easy brush access, improved ventilation and minimum contamination from floor conditions, and
is fixed, eliminating flexing stresses to the power cables. (Fixed motor not available on the MP25/30HD models)
Information
An easy to read combined hourmeter and battery discharge indicator is
featured on the dashboard of MP models (optional on the MP16)
allowing routine maintenance checks and services to be scheduled. The
indicator also displays alarm conditions should they occur and provides
protection for the battery with the lift interrupt feature.
Battery charger
The MP 16 model features an on board battery charger which plugs into
a standard 220 v wall socket for maximum flexibility. This is available as
an optional extra on the MP18, 20, 20L, 22, 25HD and 30HD models.
Service accessibility
All trucks possess a common colour coded wiring scheme for instant
identification and all major componentry is readily accessible for speedy
maintenance. Load wheel bushes and bearings feature grease points
for easy regular maintenance in intensive applications. (Available as an
optional feature on the MP25/30HD models.)
Diagnostics
Information can be accessed by a portable hand set and downloaded
onto a laptop computer to provide hard copy print-outs for analysis to
highlight problems and decrease downtime.
